ASSOCIATE CREATIVE DIRECTOR -Ad Agency -West Kansas City area.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Designs and provides concepts for interactive projects/campaigns to meet approved strategic marketing objectives.
• Works closely with account management as a liaison to the creative department, helping the creative department sell their best, integrated marketing solutions to Account Managers and the client.
• Coordinates with the creative staff and vendors and works directly with the Digital Producer to schedule creative/production jobs according to the Digital Creative Director’s direction.
• Attends creative input meetings in the absence, or at the direction, of the Digital Creative Director.
• Sells creative internally or to clients at the DCD’s or Account Manager’s direction.
• Has working knowledge of all software programs needed to fulfill approved creative concepts.

 SKILLS REQUIRED:

• Must possess a strong command of the digital space with awesome design and concepts.
• Experience working on large cross-channel projects in a variety of media.
• Knowledge of website development in Flash and other technologies is a huge plus.
• Great presentation skills a must.
• Ability to lead by example and inspire creative staff in their development.
• Must be dependable, detail-oriented and possess the ability to multi-task and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Action-oriented, strategic thinker, organized, and strong negotiating skills.
• Willingness to travel as needed.

 EDUCATION REQUIRED:

• 6+ years of advertising experience in an agency setting, preferably digital.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business communications, public relations, business administration or equivalent.

 ACCOUNT SUPERVISOR- AD AGENCY -CPG exp needed a SAE or AS with strong CPG / retail client account management exp. Need to have Shopper Marketing and merchandising exp or strong understanding. I would like someone from an Advertsing agency background. Will consider client side too. RESPONSIBILITIES:
Maintains relationship with client to ensure agency is anticipating their needs and developing/revising plans in a timely fashion.
Maintains proficiency in marketing communications principles and applications relevant to the clients business.
Management and supervision of the day-to-day interaction of client contact and service to ensure successful account management; provides guidance and direction to Account Manager and Account Coordinator.
Leads client strategically; maintains a current situation analysis for each client/brand assignment or ensure Account Manager keeps situation analysis current.
Oversees timely and accurate implementation of plans, budgets, and work plans.
Foster development and growth of Account Coordinator and Account Manager staff in alignment with strategic goals of the department and organization overall.
SKILLS REQUIRED:

Current working knowledge of branding and integrated marketing communications theory and practice.
Proficient marketing communications planning for traditional and non-traditional media, budgeting, and project management skills.
Demonstrated analytical and problem solving skills.
Proven success in marketing, promotion, or advertising planning and program development.
Demonstrated effective interpersonal and team leadership skills.
Excellent written and oral communications including presentation skills.
EDUCATION REQUIRED:

Bachelors degree in marketing, business communications, public relations, business administration or equivalent.
7+ years advertising agency or relevant experience.
3+ years supervisory experience.
Consumer Product Goods (CPG) background (both digital and traditional).
Shopper Marketing & Merchandising experience a plus.
